Coriell controls for PGx platform validation · Phoenix Lab Consulting
Feedback Buy tokens

Build a complete PGx validation control set in minutes.

Browse PGx targets to see available Coriell controls. Buy tokens to generate a panel using the optimizer, which packs the fewest samples that cover it, including CYP2D6 structural variations, and exports them to an Excel file that serves as your shopping list and source for expected results.

Already have Coriell samples on the shelf? Check your existing inventory against the panel you need to validate — see what you already cover and what's missing. The coverage summary is free, no key needed.

This working slice of the panel optimizer is based on a simple warfarin panel (CYP2C9 · VKORC1) and provides an optimized list of Coriell samples (capped at 10). The results match the format and values of a paid export. Buy tokens to unlock full platform-based or gene-by-gene panels.

CYP2D6 copy number & hybrids in every panel

Free lookup tools don't include CYP2D6 structural variants. When any CYP2D6 target is selected for export, the Finder automatically adds three independent controls—a deletion, a duplication, and a hybrid/tandem—each a clean single-state sample, ensuring every copy-number readout is unambiguous.

Structural spine: GeT-RM (Gaedigk et al. 2019), consensus CYP2D6 diplotypes. Maps to ThermoFisher TrueMark (Exon 9 + Intron 2) and Agena VeriDose CYP2D6 CNV.

Paste the Coriell IDs you already hold, pick the platform you need to validate, and the Finder reports how much of that panel your shelf already covers and how many targets are still open — including the CYP2D6 structural states. The coverage summary is free. The named gap list and an optimized shopping list to close it cost 1 token — and nothing at all if you have already exported that platform.

Paste or upload a column of Coriell IDs (NA / GM / HG).
CSV, TSV or plain text. Excel files aren't read directly — copy the ID column out of Excel and paste it here.

Export a panel 1 token each

Each token unlocks one bounded export — a platform preset (many genes for one instrument) or a single gene. Buying all five presets covers a complete multi-platform validation. Pick a preset or a gene, paste your key, and export.

Five panel exports for your lab. Each token builds one panel — a full platform preset or a single gene — with the optimizer picking the fewest control samples, ancestry-aware selection, the CYP2D6 structural set, and a two-tab Excel export (shopping list + expected results).
